There's a quickie version that tries to get at some of the same information as the "long form" but goes about it in a shorthand, simplified way. Do you think it should be chopped down even more? -Hitorichan

It looks great to me. I wouldn't make it any shorter. As it is, it's easy enough to take in and digest. I'll be working on the naming conventions for the advanced guide just as soon as I get the time to devote to it. Actually, I'd consider making Naming_Conventions its own page and linking to it from both Character_Generation_-_Basic and Character_Generation_-_Advanced as it's something that does come in handy even in the "basic" process. -Hitorichan 20:18, 9 October 2008 (UTC)

certainly looks good to me. ^^ I do agree with Hitori though that the Naming bit should be a separate page. I imagine that we could just copy various pre-existing posts from the forums and tweak them a bit. I'm sure it would save time in the long-run as we could just point to one link and say RTFA rather than publish a book whenever someone asks about a name. =)
